All services are subject to verification, eligibility, and risk assessment requirements.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Authorized to represent and bind the business you are registering
- Operating a legally compliant business in Canada or the United States
4. Document Submission and Account Security
Clients may be required to upload sensitive documents through our secure platform. By doing so, you agree that:
- All documents and information you provide are true, complete, and current
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Misuse or submission of fraudulent documents may result in account suspension or legal consequences
5. Payment Processing Terms

- For Canadian clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
- For U.S. clients: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of Montreal, Quebec or Dover, Delaware, respectively.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
