Entity: Intruxt Merchant Services Inc. / Intruxt Merchant Services LLC

Effective Date: [2025 January 25th]

1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards and behavioral expectations for all individuals representing or working with Intruxt Merchant Services. We operate in a trust-based industry where our reputation and the reputation of the financial institutions we represent are fundamental to our continued success. This Code is designed to safeguard our brand integrity, client trust, and professional relationships with our financial partners.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Internal staff (full-time, part-time, temporary, or contract)
  • External agents, consultants, and independent contractors
  • Sales representatives, onboarding specialists, and field partners
  • Technology and platform contributors
  • Any party acting under the Intruxt name, license, or brand

3. Core Principles of Conduct

All individuals associated with Intruxt Merchant Services are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and fairness at all times
  • Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner
  • Avoid any action, communication, or behavior that could damage the reputation of Intruxt or the financial firms we work with
  • Disclose and avoid conflicts of interest
  • Uphold all internal procedures and protect proprietary and client information
  • Act as a steward of the Intruxt brand and the credibility it carries in the financial services space

4. Reputational Risk Awareness

As a representative of Intruxt, your conduct directly impacts:

  • The trust of our clients and merchants
  • Our ability to maintain partnerships with financial institutions
  • Our legal and professional standing within the industry

You must never:

  • Make unverified claims or misrepresent our services
  • Publicly criticize or disclose confidential matters relating to our company or partners
  • Share screenshots, recordings, documents, or correspondence without authorization
  • Post or comment in ways that reflect poorly on the company, its clients, or its financial affiliations — even from personal accounts

Your actions — even outside of direct work — can affect business relationships and contractual privileges.

5. Confidentiality & Data Integrity

You are expected to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client, internal, and financial partner information
  • Handle uploads, emails, and communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Never transfer or access files outside the approved platforms or systems
  • Secure your credentials, portals, and access points with due care

6. Professional Representation

You must:

  • Use approved messaging, templates, and branding in all communications
  • Avoid promises, rate quotes, or contractual discussions unless authorized
  • Be clear and honest with merchants or partners about service timelines, deliverables, and risks
  • Ensure consistency in the way Intruxt is presented — visually, verbally, and contractually

7. Prohibited Behavior

Strictly prohibited activities include:

  • Misleading sales practices or omission of key terms
  • Using personal relationships to bypass official procedures
  • Sharing confidential materials without written permission
  • Falsifying client records, documents, or identities
  • Using company or client data for any external or personal benefit
  • Speaking on behalf of the company without express approval

Any such behavior puts the company, our clients, and our financial partnerships at legal and reputational risk.

8. Escalation and Reporting

If you witness conduct that violates this Code or believe an incident could harm the reputation of the company or our partner network, you are required to report it confidentially.

Reports can be sent to conduct@intruxtmerchantservices.com and will be reviewed promptly and with discretion.

Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Disciplinary action (including immediate termination of employment or contract)
  • Loss of access to company systems and tools
  • Removal from partnership networks or programs
  • Legal action or financial liability for reputational damages

We take any conduct that compromises the integrity of our operations or standing with our partners seriously.
